We are a team of dedicated and creative people who champion independence and character. We look for unique places to stay, from treehouses and yurts, to wagons, buses and more. We personally inspect and select every place that we work with, so that we understand the individual appeal of each one. We take huge pride in being not just a marketing company or a booking agent, but a commercial partner to our Owners and a knowledgeable guide to our Guests.
– Our standing –
Since we launched in 2010, we’ve become hugely influential in the outdoor holiday and glamping industries. The high standards of our curated collection have made us the market leader in the glamping sector, experts in our field and a respected voice in the press. Our owners benefit from that knowledge, insight and reach, while our guests trust in the character of our spaces. When Guests check out, we send a feedback survey in which they’re asked to rate their complete Canopy & Stars experience, both booking and staying, out of 10. We turn this into a Net Promoter Score, an industry standard measure of customer satisfaction. Global brands such as Apple have an NPS of 62, so we’re ecstatic that ours is 84! It’s an outstanding reflection of the hard work we, and our Owners, put into the Guest experience.

We’re passionate about helping our owners create incredible spaces where people can connect with nature. Canopy & Stars spaces are about more than furnishings and facilities, they’re about warmth, passion and individuality. There’s no checklist when we inspect, because we’re looking for creativity and craft – a feeling, not a standard. Careful curation of our collection is what sets us apart. Only 20% of places that apply to Canopy & Stars are accepted because we’re looking for the truly special.

Our team guide and advise you through any eventuality, from planning permission for a new site to giving an existing space the touches that will maximise your occupancy. When you join the collection, we become your commercial partner, supporting your business with a highly experienced marketing and PR team who ensure that the right people find your space. A dedicated account manager and our finance team give you the benefit of our years of experience and industry insight, while our brilliant customer services team are the initial interface between you and your guests. They deal with the booking journey from initial enquiry and finding a suitable space, right through to any after-stay queries. In everything we do, we provide a level of personal customer service that you simply won’t find anywhere else.
